National Indian Dental Conference 2017
Warm Greetings on behalf of the Maharashtra State Branch of the Indian Dental Association.
The Maharashtra State Branch of IDA is organizing and hosting the IDC 2017 in the month of February 2017 at Cidco Exhibition Centre, Navi Mumbai. The team who had organized and hosted the National Conference (IDC) in 2007 at Pune and 51st the Maharashtra State Dental Conference at Hotel Vits Pune in December 2012, have been entrusted with the responsibility of hosting yet another event i.e IDC 2017. All the Trade Partners till date relish the memories of the success of these Conferences and the business that took place during these two events. The trade Exhibiton of these Conferences were the most successful events so far. For the IDC 2017 the expected registered delegates would be around 5000 to 7000 and another 2000 Dental Surgeons would be expected who would be visiting the Trade area alone as entry to the Trade area will be Absolutely free.
Continuing with this legacy, we are confident of making this national Conference a grand success for the delegates as much as providing a great business opportunity for dental equipment and material manufacturers, distributors, dealers and pharmaceutical companies.
The venue is Cidco Exhibition Centre, Navi Mumbai. Cidco boasts a huge 74,000 sq. mts, fully air conditioned enclosed centre, where we will be holding the trade exhibition along with the scientific sessions. The organizers are planning to keep state of the art Security along with the 24 hrs CCTV surveillance. Additionally whole of the Trade area would be covered under appropriate insurance – courtesy IDA. Moreover, there are ample no. of hotels near by the venue which will make it convenient to the Trade participants.
All offers of sponsored scientific programs (Lectures, /Pre Conference Courses) are welcome and they will be considered on priority basis if received well in advance.
We are planning to keep the trade fair open from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm on all the three days of the Conference to ensure maximum business hours for our trade partners. Entry to the trade areas will be free to all.
Manufacturers, distributors, dealers and pharma companies are requested to mark their calendars’ for February 2017, the dates of the Conference along with other details and layout will be conveyed to you all soon.
