Ans. 73.1
Q. What ranks had you secured in any previous PG medical entrance exams you gave?
Ans. No

Ans.
Q. What is the secret of your success?
Ans. Consistent hard work and multiple revision.
Q. How was your internship?
Ans. Internship in our college is very heavy..in some posting I didn’t get much time to study, but I studied whenever I got free time from my postings.
Q. When did you seriously start preparing for the entrance exam?
Ans. In Feb 2015 thought I was studying PG point of view from 3rd year only.
Q. How many hours did you study each day? How long do you think students need to prepare for cracking PG medical entrance exams?
Ans. I used to study 8-12 hours depending upon my posting but its more important to use your time with quality study an smartly.
Q. Which books did you read for the theory part?
Ans. In internship I didn’t read standard theory books except only for doubts and whenever some topic is not given nicely in MCQ books.
Q. Which books did you read for the MCQs? Which MCQ books were the most productive and which were least?

Q. Which subjects did you focus on?
Ans. Mostly 1st and 2nd year and PSM is very important.
Q. What were your study methods? How many revisions did you do for each subject? Did you make any changes in your study methods in your recent attempts?
Ans. Revision is most imp thing to crack any entrance exam..i read every sub almost 4-5 times.Read less stuff but revise and be good at it, it will help to solve difficult questions also. And whenever you read any new points write it down in MCQ books or your notes so that at it will be easy to revise it later.
Q. Did you do any special preparation for image-based questions?
Ans. No
Q. What was your strategy for the exam day? How many questions did you attempt and why? How many do you think you got correct?
Ans. I was very calm during exam.I just thought of giving my 100% in exam and not to worry about anything else.
Q. Do think there should be a different strategy for preparation of different entrance exams like AIIMS-PG or PGI?
Ans. I was not eligible for Nov AIIMS and PGI
Q. Did you join any classes or test series? Was it useful?
Ans. I was in Bhatia foundation course and DAMS online test series.test series were very useful.
Q. Who or what influenced you to take up Medicine?
Ans. My sister
Q. In which field do you want to specialize in? why?
Ans. MD Medicine
Q. What seat have you been allotted in counselling? Did you join?
Ans. Counselling has not started
Q. What is your advice to future aspirants?
Ans. Do hard work with smart study and be consistent with ur study..and revision is most important thing to crack any entrance exam.
Q. Indian PG entrances are highly competitive, so to crack them students end up in appearing for multiple PG exams with some of them having the same exam with different slots and papers, please extend your views on this and their pros and cons of appearing in multiple PG entrances.
Ans. Giving multiple exams is good to assess your study and it gives experience about how to handle pressure.and also it gives multiple opportunities to crack the exams.
