Director of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Mumbai, Maharashtra has published revised (new) counseling schedule for personal round of MH PGM CET 2014 allotment. Previous schedule was postponed in compliance of the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in IA No. 15/2014 in Writ Petition No 433/2013 in Dr Fraz Naseem & Ors Vs Union of India & Ors.
All vacant seats after extended 3rd round of All India quota PG medical counseling will be transferred to states, in this case Maharashtra on 4th July, 2014 after 05:00 pm.
New schedule of personal counseling for MH PGM CET 2014 is as follows:
Friday 04/07/2014 up-to 05:00 pm
Candidate who has joined a seat of 50% All India quota in the State of 04/07/2014 Maharashtra, and wishes to attend Personal Counseling Round, should surrender his/her seat so as to be eligible for aforesaid Personal Counseling. [As per the rules of PGM- CET-2014 (Rule No. 15.4.1 (c)] (Note: Any candidate who cancels All India Quota seat after 04/07/2014 will be penalized as per rule no.19 of PGM-CET-2014 brochure.)

Combined Display of following Vacancy:
- Non Allotted / Non-Joined / Resigned seats of state quota after 1st round.
- Non Allotted / Non-Joined / Resigned seats of 50% All India quota returned to State Quota upto 04/07/2014.
- Unallotted PH quota seats.
- Unallotted In-service quota seats if any.
- Newly created seats if any.
- Seats surrendered by Private Institutions.

(All the desirous candidates of PGM-CET 2014 who have joined the State Quota Seats in 1st round and wish to retain the seat should submit Status Retention Form.)
Note: The Candidates who have filled status retention previously is hereby stands cancelled. The retention form filled on 05/07/2014 will only be considered valid for confirmation of admission and such a candidate will not be considered for subsequent admission process and such seat will not be allotted in Personal Counseling round.

Schedule (New) of Personal Counseling Round which will be held at Dept. of Physiology, Grant Medical College, Mumbai is as follows:
[table id=28 /]AS mentioned in previous schedule of personal round “The candidates should bring all the original documents for verification as per the rule no. 12.4 of PGM- CET 2014 information brochure. Candidates who have already joined a PG Course through PGM- CET 2014 and not submitted status retention form should bring a certificate issued by Dean/Principal of the institute where he/she has joined, stating that the original certificates have been retained by them. Candidates should note that they have to confirm the admission immediately after allotment of seat by paying Rs.1500/- in cash as admission fee and deposit all the original documents at the time of personal counseling.”
