Hi Dr Paresh, I did MBBS from a Government medical college (admission year 1994). Now I have to do LLB and when asked for transfer certificate, my college checked if I am completed bond. FOr me, why first the college is checking bond completion or whether I am bond free? In my case, I am not asking for PG in medical course. I am planning to do graduation (LLB) in non medical field.
