Job Profile:
- Control over external investigators to have quality investigation reports..
- Responsible to Complete the Case within Stipulated Turn-around Time (TAT)
- Responsible to work within the Frame work of Fraud control & Loss Mitigation Unit.
- Coordinating with the internal Claims dept / External investigators / Hospitals/ Medical experts, etc.
- Give Expert Opinion on medical cases before repudiation.
- Ensure repudiation base on strong legal evidences
