STAY ON FIRST COUNSELLING….TODAY HON’BLE CHIEF JUSTICE AFTER LISTENING TO DGHS AND MCI ENFORCED STAY ON FIRST COUNSELLING. ONLY REGISTRATION WILL BE ALLOWED REST EVRYTHING WILL BE WITHHELD. Wait till orders to be published on MCI or MCC website.<\/p>\n

1. MCI asked for time to study the affidavit filed by DGHS. so honorable chief justice granted time till friday.<\/p>\n

2. MCI said for increasing seats also they need to extend 3rd counselling further as 15 April is not sufficient. Means seats also increasing in 3rd counselling for sure.<\/p>\n

3. On streamlining counselling process DGHS and MCI said this is not possible for this year. Hon’ble chief justice said students are suffering from last 7 years so everything ll be enforced from this session only.<\/p>\n

4. Chief justice ordered all states to report there schedule on next hearing.<\/p>\n

Next hearing on Friday.<\/p>\n

A notice has been published on mcc.nic.in wensite which states that \u201cReference interim order dated 28.02.1014 of the Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition in the Title: Dr. Fraz Naseem & Ors V\/S UOI & Ors Case: IA.13 in CWP. 433\/2013 with Akshay Sindu & Ors V\/S UOI & Ors CWP. 716\/2013 Lipika Gupta V\/S UOI & Ors CWP. 737\/2013 Priya Gupta V\/S State of Chattisgarh & Ors IA.NO\u2026 \/2014 IN CA.4318\/2012 ,\u00a0the registration for the All India Quota PG 2014 Online Counseling continues as per Counseling Schedule. The processing of filled choices shall not be done by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) till further directions from the Hon\u2019ble Supreme Court in above petitions<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

All India counselling user manual states that \u201cDuring Indicative Seat Allotment (Mock Counseling) Result, choices submitted by the
\ncandidates will be processed twice on notified dates during the Registration and Choice Filling period (of 1st round only) and indicative seat that is available at that point of time would be
\ndisplayed. This indication helps the candidate to refine the selection of choices in a more effective and efficient manner.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Today\u2019s mcc.nic.in notice states that \u201cThe processing of filled choices shall not be done by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) till further directions from the Hon\u2019ble Supreme Court in above petitions.\u201d<\/p>\n

So right now only choice filling is allowed and there as mentioned in notice there will not be any processing of those choices.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
