Which books did you read for the theory part?<\/b><\/p>\n Ans.\u00a0I read arvind arora books for most of the subjects, except patho, Pharmac – Garg…FMT – Sumer Sethi..Medicine – Mudit\u00a0Khanna..surgery –\u00a0Amit ashish..obgy – Bhojani<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Q. Which books did you read for the MCQs? Which MCQ books were the most productive and which were least?<\/b><\/p>\n Ans.\u00a0For MCQsit was all dependent on the type of exam..for DNB – Kalam volumes..Maharashtra PGM CET – Daga..AIPG – Arvind Arora<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Q. Which subjects did you focus on?<\/b><\/p>\n Ans.\u00a0Mainly 1st yr nd 2nd yr subjects, obgy, PSM.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Q. What were your study methods? How many revisions did you do for each subject? Did you make any changes in your study methods in your recent attempts?<\/b><\/p>\n Ans.\u00a0For 1st, 2nd yr subjects I did 4-5 revisions..for rest all subjects 2-3 revisions..I revised some of the important topics repeatedly and the numerical questions in last 1-2 months of exam <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Q. Did you do any special preparation for image-based questions?<\/b><\/p>\n Ans. I did image based questions only for Ophthalmology, skin and radiology.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Q. What was your strategy for the exam day? How many questions did you attempt and why? How many do you think you got correct?<\/b><\/p>\n Ans.\u00a0Keep calm and have faith shoulf be the strategy..I solved all the questions in PGM CET, AIPG and DNB..as there was no negative marking in maharashtra cet I solved all the questions<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Q. Do think there should be a different strategy for preparation of different entrance exams like AIIMS-PG, PGI and DNB CET?<\/b><\/p>\n Ans.\u00a0Yes..as exam patterns are different for these exams..one should do the important topics and the subjects which have more marks in these exams accordingly..<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Q. Did you join any classes or test series? Was it useful?<\/b><\/p>\n Ans.\u00a0Yes..I joined DAMS test series..yes it was quite helpful for me.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Q.
