Application forms will be available from 20/12/2013 to 31/12/2013 at the Office of the Principal, Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh/ Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati/ Silchar Medical College, Silchar on deposition of Rs.200/- in the form of Demand Draft/Cheque drawn in name of “Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences” payable at “Guwahati” during office hours.
The last date of submission is 03-01-2014 (up to 4:15 PM).
The Entrance Test will be held on 19th January 2014 in Guwahati.
Applicants or relatives are informed to collect the Admit Cards from the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Narakasur Hilltop, Bhangagarh, Guwahati-32 during office hours on 17th January, 2014
