Many people are asking about penalty of leaving a seat and other confusions regarding this.
Let me tell you this, right now there is no SC order regarding penalty or any such thing. So don’t get scared regarding this right now. Also SC cannot apply penalty retrospectively, so you guys will have enough time to decide whether you should or should not resign before or after 3rd round. That AIPG Counselling ad page is just scaring off people you prevent seat blocking. Also don’t think of this as a reason to do seat blocking, which is wrong. But they have only filed an affidavit right now and nothing is final until SC orders regarding it. Let’s see what happens in next SC hearing.
