Admission Process of PGM-CET 2014 for Postgraduate MD/MS/Diploma Courses
The tentative schedule for online All India quota PG counseling 2014 is published on website of Medical Counseling Committee mcc.nic.in on 29/0112014. In view of this schedule, the Competent Authority for PGM-CET 2014 has decided to reschedule the counseling & Preference Form filling process for state quota admissions to Medical Postgraduate Courses for academic year 2014-2015 and the revised schedule is given below. All the concerned eligible candidates and College Authorities should note the following revised schedule.
It was declared in the PGM-CET 2014 brochure that the preferences will be submitted by the candidate online after the process of document verification. However there is change in this process and now the Preferences will be collected in person on the day of document verification, provided the candidate is declared as eligible. Kindly note that the previous schedule of online Preference form filling process in the 4th week of March is cancelled.
It was declared in the PGM-CET 2014 brochure that the State Merit List will be published in the 3rd week of March after document verification. However there is change in this process and now the State Merit list will be published on 05/02/2014 before the document verification so that it will be convenient to the candidates to fill the Preference Form on the day of document verification.

Instructions to Physically Disabled Candidates : All Qualified PIND(PH) Category
Candidates of PGM-CET 2014 are visited to get themselves examined immediately at All India
Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Hajl All park, K Ithadye Marg,
Mahalaxmi, Mumbai 400 034 and to obtain disability (PH) certificate in advance. Candidates.
who have attended this Medical Board, should remain present alongwith the disability certificate
issued by aforesaid institute on respective days of counseling, at respective Centre Where
he/she have appeared for PGM-CET-2014 exam, for Preference Fon filling process Those who
have obtained disability certificate from All India Institute of Physics Medicine and Rehabilitation,
Mumbai for All India Quota PG admission can produce the same disability certificate at the time of Preference Form filling process.
Candidate should bring following documents certificates:-
1) Original certificates and a set of attested photocopies as stated in rule no. 12.4 and 12.5 of PGM-CET-2014 information brochure.
2) The candidate, who has completed internship on or before 310 March, 2012 must bring either bond release certificate issued by Directorate Medical Education & Research, Mumbai or receipt of penalty amount paid for the bond service, on the day of counseling (as per rule no.8.11 of PGM-CET 2014 brochure). Candidates who fail to produce such certificates till last date of Preference Form filling, will not be permitted for Preference Form filling Process under any circumstances.
3) Candidate who has already taken admission elsewhere through AIPGEE 2014 / other PG admission process should bring the selection letter issued by DGHS / Admission Authority and a certificate from the Head of the Institution mentioning the list of Original Certificates retained by the Institute. Candidate will have to submit attested photocopies of all the documents.
4) Candidate should bring black ink ballpoint pens, clipboard, HB pencil, eraser downloaded Information brochure for Preference Form filling process, specimen copy of preference form and PGM-CET-2014 brochure.
The selection list will be declared on 28th February, 2014. It will be displayed on the website. The last date of joining and payment of fees at the selected college / institute is 10th March 2014. Academic session will start from 2r0 May 2014.
