Today judge heard all the petitions regarding this matter. State Government still supported the MCI guideline of giving only 50% of Diploma seats to In-Service Candidates and no degree seats but judge wanted to know why degree seats were given in first place till last year. State Government has to reply this tomorrow when hearing is at 10 am.
