National Board of Examinations (NBE) has published a new notice which says it has discontinued DNB 2 years Post Doctoral Fellowship programmes in Cardiac Anaesthesia & Paediatric Cardiology and approved 3 years Post Doctoral DNB- Super Specialty programme in Cardiac Anaesthesia and Paediatric Cardiology. 2015 will be last session of admission into 2 year fellowship programmes in Cardiac Anaesthesia & Pediatric Cardiology.
In simple words 2 year fellowship programmes in Cardiac Anaesthesia & Paediatric Cardiology have been converted into 3 years Post Doctoral DNB- Super Specialty programme in Cardiac Anaesthesia and Paediatric Cardiology.
