After results publication for 3rd round All India PG medical counseling 2014, all students were given blind hopes of 4th round of counseling by same guys who files the court case in Honorable Supreme court (SC). They used to update their case updates on “AIPGMEE 2014 Counselling Aid” Facebook page. But they haven’t done that since 12th June, 2014.
So i thought doing doing some search on SC website. And i found 2 updates.
1st being a updates on 16/06/2014 where an application was given in SC and SC Listed the application on 17th June, 2014. Copy of it can be found here as well as attached to this post.
And 2nd being the cause-list of 17/06/2014 where case of I.A.NO. 15 IN W.P(C) No. 433/2013 X MS
DR FRAZ NASEEM & ORS Vs UNION OF INDIA & ORS is listed for (FOR DIRECTIONS AND OFFICE REPORT). Copy of that causelist can be found attached to this post and here.
I cannot find any other reference to this case anywhere and it is now up to case Petitioner to update the eagerly awaiting students.
I will updates further details in this forum if i find any, regarding this SC case.
Update on 18/06/2014:
Another update in this case i found. The case has also been mentioned in causelist of SC in court no. 4 on 18/06/2014. Case is 1st in the list.

After today’s hearing in SC, reportedly the plea regarding conducting 4th round of All India Quota PG medical counseling has been rejected by vacation bench of Hon’ble Supreme Court (SC).
Detailed Judgement will be posted here when it is available on official SC website.
